Film throughout the day is backed up on to external devices. After your wedding or elopement, your footage is backed up onto three, separate external hard-drives, as well as a cloud storage system to ensure that your footage is never lost.

How does Heatzfilms protect our footage?

Heatzfilms clients will be sent an online gallery in which all clips and films can be downloaded directly to a laptop or computer. 

How do we receive our clips and film?

Requesting RAW footage is a completely understandable request that I often receive from my clients. While professionals in the industry have their own views on this topic, I do allow RAW footage to be delivered at an additional cost. RAW footage is not included in any of of the Heatzfilms Collections, but if requested, it can absolutely be accommodated. There is nothing more beautiful than reliving a special moment such as a first dance, a toast or your wedding ceremony.

Do we receive the raw footage?

My transition into wedding videography happened so naturally. I began my film career creating branding material for small and creative businesses. I have a passion for cars and spent most of my free time creating films for automobile brands and businesses. Two friends of mine asked me if I'd have the honor of filming their wedding, and the rest is history. I fell in love with capturing the details of the day, the emotion and all that wedding days encompass. From that moment on, I began working with some of the industry's top wedding professionals and my business grew organically.
